First the listing was a flawless modern video. Highlighting the special features of my home and property. There knowledge of the local markets was spot on. With a network of buyers, looking to purchase property that matched their criteria, Luke had a list of potential buyers in a day. Showing the house, Luke was present to all prospective buyers, showcasing the features of my home and property they were most interested in. It didn't take long before we had a purchase agreement. As with any sale hiccups can accur. Luke and his team guided me through this process with professionalism, care and a little bit patience. While always looking out, for my best interest. was a terrible experience from start to finish,, lied to me on 7 different occassions, cost me money he refused to pay didnt show up to closing and wouldnt accept respondsibility for his mistakes gave him every opportunity to make things right to know response,, he thinks he didnt do anything wrong, but he cost me 1065 dollars in extra uhaul fees and food for me and my family,, and i lost my uhaul driver and had to have my 73 yr old mother- in -law drive from ga to washington because of his mistake but he sees nothin wrong!!!!!!!be aware of his not wanting to accept any respondsibilty for his mistakes.

Luke was a tireless advocate during my home buying process. There were a number of difficulties along the way. However, Luke’s calm professionalism made me and my family feel reassured at each hurdle. He was very knowledgeable and used that knowledge to find solutions to every challenge that came my way. He was literally working day and night, and many times well into the late night hours to manage some of my unique problems. At a time when I was facing health issues, etc. Luke demonstrated warmth, compassion and patience, despite having suffered an injury himself. Also appreciated was the way he negotiated on my behalf to help me get into my forever home. Closing day was no different. He was kind to me and my family, who were there to assist. Even well after the business transaction was done, he spent time with us, talked with us about highlights of the town and his favorite restaurant. I could never say thank you enough, for the effort put into making me happy in my new home!
