Our house-buying journey started with a spontaneous showing (set up through Zillow) of a new build home around the corner from us, which a different firm had previously ghosted us on. When we tried scheduling another tour, we ended up linking up with Luke. Although we were very interested, that first home didn't end up working out timing-wise with the lease on our rental, so we'd kind of said "oh well" and shrugged our shoulders. Luke was quick to suggest another (and even better) listing for us that would work out, and we fell in love instantly. That same suggestion ended up being the same home that we purchased and now reside in and we couldn't be happier. Luke was always with us every step of the way to answer any questions and made the entire process as smooth and easy as could be. He was also always very patient and engaged with us whenever we had our adventurous and at times fussy toddler in tow. To top it all off, Luke gifted us an annual family pass to the local children's museum after closing that truly had us over the moon with how thoughtful it was. Highly recommended would be an understatement to anybody looking for a realtor to help them through this process.
