Before my husband and I started looking we were nervous to have a relator help us, but Luke was great! He made sure he found us exactly what we were looking for, no matter how many houses we saw he still didn't give up. He was very personable and kind. I would highly recommend him!

The best home buying experience. Made himself available not just during business hours, but in the evening and even on weekends. Found the best homes that met all of our requirements in a very specific location. While we focused on the little things we wanted in our home, he looked at the bigger picture. He made sure we got the best home for the best price and had the seller fix everything we wanted prior to closing. When we had questions about modifications that would require heavy lifting, he knew exactly what would be required, approximately how much, and who we could contract to do the work. It felt like we were looking at homes with a very good friend and honest opinion, not just a realtor. Very happy with our choice in our home and most of all, our realtor.

Great knowledge of areas and ability to find houses based on specific home buyer's needs, e.g. public transportation, access to parks, backyard, number of rooms, etc. Very useful realtor if you're looking for a fixer upper or turn key home. Helped us find the best priced home with our wish list. Also has ability to negotiate getting repairs to home by the seller. He assists the buyer by doing preliminary inspections during home viewings--has some knowledge of structural/engineering needs of the house. He is very helpful in making the home buying experience as painless as possible and is not afraid of giving his honest opinion even if it means the possibility of passing on a sale. Highly recommend Luke Myers to anyone looking to buy a house or property. If you are not exactly sure what to look for in a home, he is a grate resource to have on your side.
