It was a pleasure working with Luke Mutter! He was very knowledgeable of the area and always professional. Luke was always there to keep us informed on the progress of the house purchase, delivering helpful information and great advice, assisting with the documentation process etc. At the first phone conversation with Luke on my "Talk to you later" he responded with a smile "You will hear from me more than you expect" and I thought "Uh-oh, we don't want to be overwhelmed with the phone calls, emails and specially suggestions" like it often happens with other agents. But he stood out from others: it was never too much of him. We've never felt overwhelmed or pushed to do something. Although we fell in love with the first house he showed us (and eventually ended up purchasing it) he recommended to see more options and "kiss more frogs" before we know for sure that this property is our "princess". Luke kept us excited the entire process. He is easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely recommend him to a friend/business partner.

Luke has been a delight to work with. He has a penchant of knowing what will fit you or your family's need and to make recommendations and selections for you. He articulated the process of a home purchase with me the whole step and was available almost always. If he wasn't, he was prompt with any correspondence. I highly recommend Luke if you are needed an agent in the North Chicago area.
