Our experience with Luke at house333 has been exceptional! We have used him to sell two different houses and would use him again with no reservations. He and his office staff are highly responsive and professional. He walked us through the process efficiently and made great recommendations about what make sense for pricing, suggested reasonable updates to make on the property to make it sell it better (and worked with what was there if we didn’t want to do the updates), and managing it all on our schedule. He managed the showings in a way that was minimally disruptful and worked with our young children.
