We, unfortunately, listed our home of 34 years just when the market when downhill due to increase of interest rates. It was a tough several month process during which one contract fell through and another offer tried to low ball us (they eventually came back with a reasonable offer). Luke was supportive all the way through the process and provided invaluable advice and information that included getting a HELOC loan, staging the house to make it show at it's best, responding to offers and demands, and following through on certain repairs the buyers wanted us to make. Without Luke's support we probably would've become quite disappointed at several phases along the way, but he kept us on track to a successful conclusion.
