Luke helped us buy our first home in Denver, while we were living in Los Angeles. He was extremely helpful, expedient, and was able to help us be in the position for our offers. We were constantly impressed by how quickly he'd get us showings, and he would carefully describe everything he saw while we were touring homes via Facetime. He even drove around the neighborhoods we were interested in, showing us details out the window so that we could narrow down our search. One time, he even walked over to a trail to show us how close the property was to a hiking area. Buying a house virtually isn't ideal, but Luke made it easy. When we were finally in a place to put in an offer, he made sure we understood everything on the contracts, and kept in close communication with the sellers so that we had the best chance of getting accepted. We ended up successfully purchcasing the 3rd place we went after. Now that we are here, we could not be happier. We love our home, and extremely grateful we had Luke to help us get here.
