Luke Clesceri

This is the second time we've worked with Luke and this was our first house sale. He has always given us great advice on the real estate market. We were able to set dates and timelines that we were comfortable with. He communicated clearly and answered all questions we had. In this case, we received a dozen offers in the first weekend that the house was for sale, many over asking price. He advised us on what makes an offer more solid and what makes one more speculative. We accepted an offer and closed shortly after. I had a number of friends selling at the same time with delayed closings and multiple offers that fell through. We experienced none of those issues, in large part to Luke's guidance. I cannot say enough good things about him. If we ever planned to move back to this area, he would be my first call.

Luke went above & beyond in helping me find a home that was a PERFECT fit! He was patient with me, I never felt pressured to settle for just any house. He kept me informed every step of the way. I will definitely recommend him to anyone in the market to buy or sell a home!!

Highly recommend. Great guy both personally and professionally. We live out of state and recently purchased a second home in AZ. Being out of town, we could not have done this without Luke's help. He guided us through the entire process from beginning to close. He could answer every question that we had and did several things for us since we weren't in town to do them ourselves. Mr. Clesceri is a professional, he is knowledgeable in the market and takes care of business quickly with no games. Within a month we closed and he exceeded the expectation of my needs and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I highly recommend Mr. Clesceri as a realtor to everyone!! Luke was referred to us by a family member and we are so happy we went with him to help us thru this first-time home buying experience.
