Living in another state and looking to buy in Clearwater was not as easy as I thought it was going to be, until I was lucky enough to call Luke about a property. He was able to work with my husband and myself to make the process much easier. Since we didn't have the time or ability to travel back and forth whenever we were interested in a property, Luke enabled us to do our house hunting 'virtually'. Once we were interested in a property, Luke arranged a time with us and the home. I was able to see all of the rooms, closets, grounds and ask questions throughout the virtual tour. Once our offer was accepted, the contract was drawn up in a way that allowed us to do an actual tour of the home prior to finalization without any penalties in the event that we changed our minds. Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions/concerned in a timely fashion. I feel that he went above and beyond to help ensure that the entire process went smoothly. I would recommend him (and already have) to others looking for a realtor without any reservation.
