Lukas Wessel

I met with Luke after seeing his sign on a different property. We had a great initial conversation in which he really listened to what I was looking for in a piece of hunting property. After taking some notes, Luke told me wouldn't be contacting me unless it met the criteria we had discussed. Over a few months, we looked at a couple of pieces that weren't quite what I had in mind but they were close. He called me with another piece of property and I happened to be out of town. The day after I got back we had an appointment to look at the property. It checked all the boxes we had discussed and after a short negotiation with the seller I purchased the property.
