Pleasant Experience

We met Luisby when we called him because we were interested in a house that was listed for sale & listed for rent. My husband and I tried to purchase the home at market value but his clients wouldn't budge. We were able to secure a lease-purchase agreement. After a little over one year in the home, the sellers were ready to sell the home at market value, and we decided to have Luisby represent us as the buyer as well. He has a calm and confident attitude about him and is very trustworthy. He did a great job helping us purchase our dream home and negotiate terms both the seller and us could be happy with!
