We just recently relocated to the area from NY with our elementary/middle school aged children. With such a large move and many moving parts including work and school proximities, Luisa was very patient with us and took into account all of our wants/needs in finding us the right location. She took a lot of time with us in driving us around to many different areas over many months when we were in town. She was always very open and honest with us with the pros and cons of different locations and giving us a lot of advice so we could really get to know the areas to make a more informed decision. When we finally decided on a property she was very involved in the negotiations and steered us the right way in how this market is negotiated. The closing process was very smooth and she was extremely professional and responsive to any questions we had as well as proactive in providing us with information so we were properly prepared. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with her and she took a very stressful move and made it smooth. I highly recommend her and will use her again!
