My boyfriend and I are first time homeowner. The buying process was very new and definitely very overwhelming to us. We knew that at the time the market was very competitive and we would be completing with many offers to buy our dream home. We wanted to find an experienced agent that would help us figure out the buying process and help us find the home that would meet all our requirements. We reached out to Luis. Luis sat us down and explained the whole process with us. He assured us that he would be there the whole process to help us navigate and find our first home. He spend time doing research on homes that meet our requirements, connected us to his resources, showed us mutiple houses, and answered any and all questions that we had. We had a bunch of questions and Luis was patient and quick to answered them all. Along the way, he would always check in with us to make sure that we were feeling happy and secure in our decisions. With his help we were able to get our very first offer accepted on the house that we want! I head a great experience with " Your Castle real estate". Luis Sura was my realtor and he is the best doing his job. He help me to sell one of my homes to finsh paying my current home. I had no idea what was the process on selling my home and he help me from being to end, if i had any questions a could call him anytime and he well explained everything in a way i could understand.
