Luis was truly exceptional. I met him when my family and I went to see an open house that he was showing. My husband and I were impressed with his level of knowledge, the amount of data that he had about the market and tips he shared about programs that would benefit us with my husband being in the military. It was a no-brainer for us to work with him since we were set on buying and we are so thankful we did. The biggest thing about Luis is he was always available for home tours. Even though he was always driving all over showing houses to other clients he made us feel like we were the only clients he had. His responsiveness was incredible. He was always there to guide us in the process and answer all of the questions we had as first time home buyers. The best part is he was straightforward and would tell us the pros/cons/strategy before moving forward on any of the houses we would be interested in which helped a lot in us making the decision on the house we bought. We will eternally be grateful that he helped us find our beautiful home!
