When purchasing this home I was relocating to Florida from Ohio. But the distance was not a problem whatsoever. I had in person showings while I was in Florida - and FaceTime showings when I was back home. Luis was able to find me a fantastic place that checked all of my boxes!
Luis was very kind, very attentive, he was attentive and careful to every step and detail of the process. Luis is the type of realtor that we all need, always attentive and taking care of his client to get the best.
Luis was fantastic to work with! He was professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to helping me find the perfect home. His expertise and guidance made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Luis for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Thank you for the excellent service!
Luis delivered with professionalism and showing care in the rent/ leasing our condo unit. Luis ensure a smooth showing with tenants still living the unit , professional listing ensuring that all attributes of the unit were fully displayed and quick turn in the closing and vetting of the potential new tenants.
Luis is more than a realtor, he really went above and beyond in every single way and helped us finding what now we call home. Very professional and always solving problems and giving solutions. Thank you so much Luis. It was a pleasure to worked with you.
Luis was a very capable motivated agent who was on top of every aspect of this home purchase. We are so fortunate to have been able to work with him. He truly was working for the buyers and made sure their best interests came first. Excellent work Luis!!! Wishing you the best in your future home sales!!
Luis went above and beyond for me as a seller's agent. I was faced with a difficult situation after my father passed away, as I was deeded a property in a state that I did not live in, and he made the whole process much easier. Luis did everything to ensure a quick closing. I own a business in New Jersey and cannot say enough about Luis's professionalism, work ethic and morals, knowing that it is very rare for a stranger to go above and beyond for someone they don't know. People like Luis Leon restore my faith in trust and humanity. I would give him more than 5 stars if allowed. Trust my review. You will not regret it.
Luis it’s a very great person on this business we are so happy to meet him, we can’t ask for better service . The best
Luis helped us through all the process of buying a house. He made sure to check every corner for issues and he was really patient with us during our search. He and Dave were super responsive and Luis would often contact us or the buyer whenever needed. He went above and beyond even doing the walk through a couple of months after we closed because the previous owner stayed as tenant for that time. Would definitely recommend working with him
I do not know what I would have done without Luis during the sale of my home. He was honest and so caring. He took the time listen to me and help me when I was overwhelmed. I had other real estate agents before, and none have even come close to achieving his personal touch and results.
Luis was amazing. Held nothing back and was available 24hrs a day. He made the process very easy and was there to answer all my questions. His team works miracles. Strongly recommend his and will use him again when purchasing another home
Great Realtor. Very knowledgeable and is there to answer any questions at anytime of the day. Helps his clients by guiding them on the best situation for the best outcome. Definitely will continue to use him in the future. Job well done
