The buying process is complicated specially with the current housing market situation but my home buying process was much easier having a qualified realtor like him and his team, they have extensive knowledge about the FL market and the properties here. He is very responsive and always made sure that all my questions related to home buying were solved. Luis was able to secure us an absolute pearl of a house in a crazy market. We where looking for a house 2/2 with pool, preferably with in law suit, or possibility to create one! In the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area, this is a very demanded unit, most open house we would visit had 25/30 people waiting outside before it started.
