Luis went above and beyond, more than anyone realized. He was available for questions 24/7, he made us comfortable through the entire process, took an endless amount of calls from us and not once was I confused or uncomfortable through the process of buying our first property! He put 110% into this process and we are so grateful to have gotten to work with him! I mean it when I say we couldn’t have done it without him
WoW! Luis has been helping me with this home for over a year. My father passed away while the home was under contract and let me just say his knowledge and patience really shined through the rest of the process. Once we got the bad news he gave me a few days to recover and then we kept marching along and creating a plan to successfully keep the buyer under contract until the end!
Luis sat me down and explained in easy terms to understand and what to expect in this market. Gave me great advice and each property that we visited and was able to point out "issues" with the home that the appraiser would flag and he sure did flag it! Thankfully he had already shared with the other realtor so there was no "shocking" surprise when it actually came up. 10/10.
We looked at a property I liked and that same night we made an offer. The same day it was listed for sale. We did have to wait the weekend but we managed to get it on top of other offers! I am very happy with my purchase. Thanks Luis!

I was a first time home buyer and started talking to Luis about possibly buying a home within the next year. Once I was ready to start looking, Luis set me up with brokers, answered my many questions, talked me through the first time buyer experience, and pointed out things to look for at each showing. Once we narrowed down our choices to the top 3, he talked us through the pros and cons of each. He gave great advice about whether to underbid or not, and the buyers accepted quickly. After we went under contract, he handled the negotiations, recommended a really great inspector (thankfully my house was deemed “monster free” for my potential children) and knew exactly what to ask the sellers for. They agreed to all his requests and replaced the dishwasher, microwave, several windows, updated all the outlets, and cleaned the chimney. He shares his knowledge at every step and I learned a lot as a first time buyer. I would recommend Luis to anyone and everyone :)
