Excellent experience all around

Luis is an excellent agent. Overall a real pleasure to interact with, was very responsive, and made sure the places we were viewing aligned with our criteria and budget. We truly had the feeling he was working for us and that he was looking out for our interests. He is very knowledgeable of the overall market, was great with answering any questions we had, and supported us every step of the way. Even after closing he went out of his way to ensure cleaners got into the house and helped coordinated deliveries so when we arrived everything was ready. Overall, he exceeded expectations and we'd highly recommend.
