I had the pleasure to meet Luis Lamadrid back in September of 2020 when I was bidding on a home through a different real state agent and Luis was the real state agent representing the seller. There were a few things that caught our attention when we meet Luis and we noticed right of way that he was sharper that our own agent. To make a long history short, we were not satisfied with our two previous agents for many reasons. With the previous agents we found some critical problems, one of them was always late and was always asking us for instructions on how to get to the house and as you can imagine this was embarrassing for us. One of our previous agent sometimes would bring people(friends) along which we found to be unprofessional. We also had an agent in the past that would take several days to respond (3 days to be exact) and consequently we lost a bid on a home because their passive approach. After we fired the previous agents we immediately hire Luis and we were very optimistic. We met with him at his office and we played out a plan. We received constant e-mails and the communication with Luis was excellent. Luis is a very sharp person, he is always on time and he is knowledgeable but above all he is very proactive thinking ahead of the next move. We recently found a home and we closed in barely 22 days. The whole process was easy and Luis made the necessary steps to make the transaction easy. I wholeheartedly recommend Luis Lamadrid as a real state agent, he is very professional and performs his job in a timely manner. You wouldn't be disappointed. He also speaks spanish which I think that in todays market and geographies is an absolute plus.
Luis not only helped us purchase a new home he also helped us sell our old house! 10/10 he was the best through out this whole process. I can definitely say that I thought this process was going to be a lot more hard, but no! Thank you Luis for all your dedication and hard work in helping us find the right home for us! Luis was outstanding through the whole process! We are beyond grateful to have worked with him. He was always super attentive when it came to trying to look for the right house! Luis handled our offers with expert knowledge of the Tucson housing market. Once we were under contract, he seamlessly handled the inspections, repairs and paperwork and was always a text or phone call away. Luis also handled the sale of our property in Phoenix and we had a full price offer less than a day after the listing! We are very thankful for his help.
