Thoughout the entire home buying process, Luis was a true professional and extremely patient with us. We spent 7-8 weekends and a few occasions during the week looking at more than 20 homes with Luis and not once did we ever feel rushed by him to make an offer. Due to the area of town we were looking, Luis would drive more than 1 hr round trip multiple times just to show us a few homes at a time, making his patience and calm demeanor even more appreciated. He easily scheduled showings with very little notice and once we found the right home, Luis acted quickly and effectively constantly keeping open communications with the sellers agent and myself. During the closing phase, Luis answered many of my questions and negotiated my wishes very well, convincing the sellers to cover a full roof replacement and put me on the winning side of the deal. We are very pleased how the entire process ended and Luis was a key factor in that result. Thanks again Luis!
