He explained the process of selling a home, the approximate time frame the home could sell in, which by the way was pretty much spot on, even after an offer fell out of contract, it almost seemed as if we never fell out of contract it was all so smooth. His knowledge and understanding of the real estate market is 2nd to none, He help with pricing our house at an attractive price point to where we received multiple offers for full asking price, and most importantly the home also appraised at the price we set.
