Luis was an outstanding realtor throughout our home purchase in the Newport subdivision. From the start, he was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely looked out for our interests. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to secure repairs and a price reduction that made the deal work for us, all while staying on top of a tight option period deadline. As a veteran using a VA loan, I also appreciated that Luis understood the nuances of VA financing and made sure that process went smoothly alongside everything else. If you're looking for a realtor who communicates clearly, negotiates hard on your behalf, and doesn't cut corners when problems come up, I highly recommend Luis.

This is the 3rd home Luis has helped us sell, and as with all three homes he made the experience easy and our homes sold very quickly.
