Luis was awesome in guiding us to successfully purchase our first home. His knowledge on financing, real estate markets, negotiation tactics, renovations and development, as well as his overall professionalism were all well beyond what we expected from a residential realtor. His years experience were obvious from the beginning. We felt like he had seen it all before, was able to answer all of our questions, and always made us think outside the box. He helped us manage our expectations and took a load of stress off of us while we worked full-time jobs and had a strict timeline.
