Luis was awesome in guiding us to successfully purchase our first home. His knowledge on financing, real estate markets, negotiation tactics, renovations and development, as well as his overall professionalism were all well beyond what we expected from a residential realtor. His years experience were obvious from the beginning. We felt like he had seen it all before, was able to answer all of our questions, and always made us think outside the box. He helped us manage our expectations and took a load of stress off of us while we worked full-time jobs and had a strict timeline. Home buying is probably one of the most stressful experiences to go through. I had worked with Luis prior, to find a rental home when I first moved to FL (Nov 2019) from Seattle, and I was impressed by him and how personable, and knowledgeable he was. When the time came to buy a property, it was a no brainer to work with Luis, again. Like many buyers, I was looking for something specific, details, within location and budget. You know, the list of dreams and hopes for a perfect home. My prior experiences buying homes were not the best, but Luis made this whole process easy. Luis is not only your realtor, but can also provide guidance and advice as broker and lender. You get all services in one person, and he is truly after your best interest. You can reach out to Luis and ask any questions, anytime, any day. Like many buyers, I had my moments and Luis was re-assuring always looking for solutions but at the same time was realistic and did not sugar coat any situation. Timelines and expectations were clear, but beyond that it was his honesty and understanding that really made this process enjoyable and personable. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage, is user friendly, you get multiple options for rates and the agents provide excellent customer care. My only recommendation is for the tool to provide a weekly email with a summary report while buyers are in escrow, it will serve as a friendly reminder to all the to-dos left while in the process, as naturally something always comes up that is needed prior to closing. Thank you Luis for helping me find my new casa. Is the home of my dreams and I can't wait to make it my own!

Luis Duran was great! Very professional and knowledgeable on the real estate market and his negotiating skills are superb. Doesn’t come off at all as he is trying to make a quick sell; instead, takes time to understand your needs and help you achieve them. I would highly recommend him to anyone (and to myself again!).

As frustrating and exhausting as moving is, Luis made the experience easier and was very supportive. He always accommodated his schedule to make sure we were able to view all the listings we were interested in and answer any questions or concerns. I will definitely have him in mind next time!
