In April 2025, I bought a house in the Las Vegas area. I had been thinking about a snowbird lifestyle from Washington state to Vegas for a couple of years and, after much thought, decided to call a realtor. I needed an experienced professional who knew the area. There were so many. I reached out to a well-known company ...the Jack Greenberg Group. I asked to speak with an experienced agent ..I have bought many homes, including the Vegas area, and have not had great luck with some realtors. So when I say this man is the best he is! Luis Delgado showed me and my family (all 7 of us) various houses in the area...this could not have been easy with all our questions and concerns, but he always found the answers for us. Once we found the ONE....Luis Delgado with Jack Greenberg negotiated on my behalf until we reached an agreement with the seller. Believe me in houses prior, I've had to do most of the leg work and negotiate myself. After the paperwork was done, Luis found me the best inspector I've ever used! So efficient with every detail. Luis had great contacts in all the trades, I had to return to Washington for business days after the purchase and Luis made all the arrangements needed for house repairs and service including making sure doors locked and lights on/off even housecleaning making this move so seamless. There is absolutely no comparison in the Vegas market! This guy is the best! He will fight for you....he keeps your best interests at the top, above and beyond!
