He sold our house in 1 day - for asking price! We met Ludwin when he was hosting an Open House down the street. While we knew we wanted to put our house on the market, Ludwin had great insights into the appropriate timing of listing our property in order to get top dollar. Ludwin was great at consulting with us; continually patient as he walked us through the process. Once we signed with him, he was immediately doing all the work to have the house prepared to sell - work with an interior designer to 'stage' the property, suggested a couple of paint touch-ups, etc. He was great to work with and was there with us throughout the entire process.
