First Time FL residents!

Lucy went above and beyond for our family. She was very thorough, clear and quick communications, super organized & all around wonderful to work with. She saved us so much money for the closing & also got the sellers to agree on fixing $25k in repairs before purchasing! It’s my first time even leaving my hometown and I will say I couldn’t have done it without Lucy & her team for making it so smooth that I don’t have any regrets buying this home. 10/10 recommend Lucy if you want clear someone with clear communication & knowledgeable all around!
