Lucy Spencer is exceptionally experienced and efficient! She could sell even the most challenging property (like ours) with ease! After several other agents gave us the run around and told us our property was "too challenging" because of an uncooperative tenant and complicated work needed on the property, we hired an agent at a big agency who dragged his feet and gave us the run around for months, saying he was "talking to developers" or "checking with their legal department" and ended up wasting almost a year of our time! But as soon as we met with Lucy, everything changed! She knew exactly how to handle all the challenges and they weren't even challenges for her! She knows the law inside out and went into immediate action to resolve it all. Basically, she did more in two weeks then other agents did in a year! She charmed and negotiated with the tenant and help him move (so he was happy, too), created an effective listing with her drone photos, priced it right, and had an open house with multiple fair offers (even in a cooling market)! Lucy is a true professional who knows her stuff, handles her listings with ease, no matter how challenging, and let us completely hand over the stress of selling a house! We stopped worrying the second she came into the picture and her and her awesome team did the rest! This is how it should be!!! We only wish we had gone with Lucy from the start -- and will definitely use her from now on!
