Lucy is very good in all the fields listed above. She kept in touch with me (her client), and kept the ball moving with all parties involved, such as the seller, my lender, the inspection demands, etc. She put me in touch with local vets, dentists, doctors, handymen and offered to have a house warming party for me! She even took the time to come by and help me get the Internet up, since with COVID, Spectrum stopped coming to homes to install Internet & cable. And when my brand new dishwasher didn't work (it was installed before I moved in) she came over then too and was checking out the hoses, and valves to see why it wasn't working. She's a gem!! Plus she knows the history of front doors being painted red!!
