Lucy spent over 5 years helping us to find our dream home. A home that fit both of our needs, expectations, and desires. She could have easily given up on us, walked away, deciding we weren't serious home buyers. She was as motivated and enthusiastic with the first house she showed as she was on the final house that ended our search. There must have been 20+ houses in between....She is hard working, dedicated, and truly cares about what you want and need. She goes above and beyond in her role as a realtor. (We've seen her shimmy under narrow crawl spaces, entertain toddlers so parents can focus, paint, clean...anything to help!) What impressed me most about Lucy is she never let us settle for less than what we truly wanted. She could have made a lot more money letting us settle on homes that cost more, but truly didn’t check all the boxes for us. She was always right there with answers to every question we had, plus answers to questions we didn’t even know to ask. Through countless showings of homes and land all over central Kentucky, she always kept our best interest as her number one priority. She had the solution to every obstacle we faced, and stuck it out with us until we truly found the home of our dreams.

I can’t say enough good things about Lucy. From start to finish, she was always there, checking in, making sure we were okay, and actually meaning it. She’s thoughtful, kind, and really took the time to understand what we were dealing with, which meant a lot during a stressful time.
