At the beginning of June, I was going to do a 1030 exchange for my Daly City property. I looked for a real estate agent near Pleasanton to help me to buy and exchange. We received multiple updates from Lucy after talking to buyers agent during those a couple of days. However I never felt that Lucy tried to convince us to accommodate buyers needs even I knew she was under a great amount of pressure from buyers. Lucy is the agent who you can trust will only do the right thing! I can not recommend her enough!

Lucy Luo is a so trustworthy person. We were not be able to be in USA when we needed to sell a house. She took care of everything for us, made house so beautiful, photos, videos were amazing. And she was able to get multiple offer for us over 1 weekend. With great confidence, she negotiated a much higher than our asking price for us. Due to the time difference, she had to work late hours patiently explained to us all the forms, and reminded us to get an appointment with US Embassy.
