She was a cheerful on a cold and wet day when she met me to show the house. Very professional and helpful when we discuss how to structure the offer. The seller already had 8 or 9 offers already after only being on the market a day or two. In the end I had the winning deal. I ask the attorney how my offer was in comparison to the others. Hoping I was not out in left field he said I was paying a fair price for it considering who I was bidding against.

Also, Lucy was very helpful in putting us in contact with a local bank for a bridge loan. She worked tirelessly to find houses for us to look at that met our requirements. Lucy also gave us good information on what purchase prices were actually running by location. After 3 months of searching, Lucy found a house for sale that exactly fit our expectations. With her help our offer was accepted and we closed on that house about 4 weeks later. In closing, we found Lucy to be an excellent realtor. We couldn’t have wished for a better outcome.
