We were relocating from Phoenix, and they were so flexible about doing walkthroughs over video and helping us negotiate in a strong market even though we were still waiting to close on the sale of our house in Phoenix. Everyone in the office helped out, from making sure all the paperwork went smoothly to giving us recommendations for local professionals to do repairs.
