I interviewed four realtors to sell my home. Three of the names were given to me by friends. The fourth, Lucy, contacted me after I used a site to give me an estimate of my home's market value. Lucy searched me out! Pictures of the exterior of my home were the best! Lucy's photographer took photos at dusk with all of the interior lights on which made my home look as the warm, cozy homes portrayed in Thomas Kinkaid paintings! Beautiful. I was informed of all showings with ample time to prepare. Lucy held Open Houses until we had offers. She managed multiple offers to my advantage with me receiving the best offer with the least number of inspection items to deal with. If I had to do it again, I would choose Lucy again. She is resourceful, highly competent, ethical and a pleasure to work with.
