Lucy sold two of my homes: the first one within one month and for asking price; the second one in ONE DAY and for asking price. She did such a great job in selling my first home with negotiating repairs, sending out her own people to make the repairs, and settling everything so we could make closing, that I used her again four years later when I was ready to sell my second home.
