Lucy and Robert were absolutely amazing to work with and exceeded all my expectations. This was my first time selling a home and it was for an estate which added an extra layer of complication. I live in Vermont and was nervous about the getting everything done from so far away. After meeting with several agents, I met Lucy and Robert and immediately felt comfortable and confident that they were the best choice. I was blown away by all the information they completed to prepare for our meeting, even calling the city to check on permits, it was clear they did their homework and knew more about the house than I did. I had to head home the day after meeting with them and they got right to work. When I saw the pictures a few days later I was shocked at the amount of work they had clearly put it to make it look its absolute best. It was better than I could have imagined and we received several offers on the first day. They advised me and answered my questions every step of the way, even helped communicate with some family members who also were also nervous going into the sale, and completely put at ease after talking to Lucy and Robert. After selecting an offer and signing the paperwork Lucy and Robert continued to help every step of the way until the closing. There were several tools and pieces of furniture that we could not take up north with us but did not want to throw away. Lucy and Robert offered to help, and ended up donating all of it to Habitat for humanity and other local charities. Their kindness and dedication to me and my family truly made a difficult time so much easier, I wish I could bring them back to Vermont to find a house for me!

Background: We were relocating from the Hartford, CT area to Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We selected Lucy Forrest based on a recommendation and we were so lucky to have chosen her. Our house search began in May 2020, right at the peak of the pandemic: travel restrictions, no open houses, etc. Like a true pro, the work Lucy did prior to our exploratory trip, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then, most importantly, through the inspection and closing process alleviated quite a bit of stress. She reminded us of the critical deadlines, responded promptly, and advised when asked. If you are moving to the Palm Beach Gardens area - the solid decision which realtor to use is like Lucy Forrest. On more than one occasion during the pre-closing period, she always helped to approach issues from the point of benefit to her client (us). I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the patience to deal with us on these issues and walk us through them as methodical and calm as she did. We were very confident using her and have already recommended her to several of our friends and will continue to do so. Lucy is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at her job she felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now.
