I love Marco Island and needed a investment condo immediately as I had a tenant already lined up. Lucky found me a vacant, furnished condo at a reasonable price and we closed in 2 weeks with immediate possession ! Amazing! Answered all my questions and walked me thru Landlord process. Will definitely use him again when I am for another property!
