He was able to answer questions about things in the house that might need to be fixed and if it posed a risk to the house or not. Lucky is a fantastic realtor, who cares very much about his clients. He makes sure to talk through every part of the house, and potential issues that could arise as well as the positives. Lucky pays attention and does the homework. Our place was sold to the first prospective buyer and Lucky did everything he could to make the process as smooth as possible since we were living in another state. Not sure you will find a realtor that will work harder for you.
