Met Lucille through my son Brian who used her to help him get renters for his apartment. She came to my house for a review with me. When we were done talking, I asked her if she was interested in selling my house. She responded yes. I asked her what happens next. With that, she asked several questions about the house and I took her for a tour of the ranch. When we got back to the table, she asked if I had any idea of what had to be done to have a house ready for buyers to look at it. I replied No. She suggested pictures and a brief summary of the house features, along with a starting price to be put into the real-estate listing for starters.
