We used Lucid on both the selling side and the buying side. The photographers that Lucid used to showcase our house were amazing. They staged our rooms to capture the most amount of light to make our house look inviting. They gave us weekly reports telling us about internet traffic and feedback we were getting from showings. Eddie our realtor was their for the inspection and final walk through. He also go in before showings to make sure lights and blinds were open so our house was inviting. Denise was our agent on the buying side. She often would help put together a group of houses for us to see quickly because we had limited weekends to see houses. She would give us her expert opinion as we were viewing various homes which helped us to narrow down our search. As we got ready to close on the house, she would send any questions to the seller's real estate agent and get us quick responses. Lucid became like an extended family member in the somewhat stressful journey of buying and selling a home.

My husband and I worked with Arif Molla on the purchase of our first house in the Northwest Suburbs.
