Luciano was amazing! He took the time to understand what we were looking for, our budget and our 'must haves'. He was readily available to show us properties and spent as long as we needed to view each place. Luciano sent daily communication on new listings within our specifications and set up showings on very short notice. It is clear he understands the real estate market in this area and was able to give expert advice and guidance during our search. Once we found "the one" he negotiated with the seller and got us the price we wanted and even got the seller to agree to pay closing costs. He showed great persistence to help us close the deal, as the HOA management company (which required an interview) was not responding to any communication. Luciano stood outside their offices (closed due to Covid) on a couple of occasions until he was able to speak with a manager and get the HOA approval. Prior to closing, he collaborated with the bank, title company and seller's agent to ensure a smooth closing. I would highly recommend using Luciano to help you find your next home!
