I began my real estate career as a Mortgage Professional for several mortgage companies and became a Florida Notary and a Mortgage Loan Notary, vastly gaining invaluable experience with mortgage transactions such as processing loans, assessing appraisals, escrow management and verifying documents, and foreclosure review and auditing which now support my realtor profession and allows me to properly educate all of my clients. I am a proud National Association of Realtors (NAR) member and prides herself on being honest, hard-working and loyal to all her clients. Awesome Experience

Working with Luciana was an amazing experience. I was not sure what to really expect purchasing my home, but I had in mind what I wanted. She walked me through each process, answered every question without hesitation. If she didn't have an answer, she researched and got back to me immediately.
