In a word... OUTSTANDING! I met Lucia for the first time because I wanted to do a home visit and learn what that experience would teach me that simple online window shopping could not. And WOW! what a relief to have Lucia there to guide me. She provided the personal, pressure-free experience that I needed to get from browsing for a home to buying a home. Prior to selling my house she walk through it making suggestions on what should be repaired or painted. I felt that she was very knowledgeable and knew what buyers were looking for. She took time to explain things, I never felt rush in making any decisions. She always reminded me the decision was mine and mine alone to make. She returned my calls, text and emails promptly. Plus I never felt she was doing it just for the money. I felt that she just wanted to help me get the best deal I could. So yes I would highly recommend her as an agent and I would definitely use her again.
