There's a reason why Lucia is my go-to agent, she never fails to go way beyond the extra mile! This time around, Lucia helped me find my very first commercial investment property. Never having ventured into commercial real estate, I was a bit hesitant. Lucia stepped-up to help me analyze the property in an unbiased and objective manner. She sat down to run the numbers with me, and explained how the current market conditions actually suggested that the property was likely UNDERVALUED. Having worked with Lucia before, I trusted her knowledge and expertise, ultimately deciding to make an offer. She worked with me on coming up with a viable offer which was ultimately accepted. However, as if that wasn't enough, what followed was where Lucia really shined. Having been out of state at the time, I actually never set foot on the property and therefore never saw it in person throughout the process. Lucia walked the property for me while showing me via video, she was present at and represented me during the inspection, made multiple trips to get photos and video for the lender and appraiser, and dealt with all parties involved. In particular, we had difficulty with the property manager and obtaining the proper documents and records. However, thanks to her awesome people skills, Lucia was able to handle this incredibly frustrating situation and saved me all the headaches. In the end, in this crazy market where properties are selling for way above asking, we wound up closing for $20k UNDER asking - on a property that was already undervalued! Finally, I'd just like to express to Lucia that, despite knowing how busy you are, you always had time to answer my questions and address my concerns, and always made me feel as though I was your only client.
