I reached out to Lucia through a Facebook group inquiring about the purchasing process. She quickly scheduled a consultation with me and answered all of my questions. We began our house hunt in January 2021 and my husband and I were pending contract a month later. She made sure our builder kept us up-to-date on what was going on during the construction phase. My initial search for a home began in the Miami/ Broward area. Although Lucia works in the Tampa/Orlando area, she was always more than willing to answer any and all questions for me. Not as my realtor but simply as a resource for me for approximately a year. She was always extremely thorough and detailed with her explanations. After deciding to enter into a contract with a builder, I felt as if I was settling. The home was a home but it wasn’t my dream home. I once again contacted Lucia as I have done for about a year. She not only gave me the confidence to pull out of the contract she also helped me get my escrow money back. Again, not as my realtor. My family and I decided perhaps the Tampa/Orlando area would be an option for us. I reached out to Lucia and within days she had set up appointments for us to see houses. Having an extremely organized realtor such as herself really helped calm the nerves that typically comes with house hunting. She always sent detailed itineraries and was always prompt. After spending long and hot days in both Tampa and Orlando we finally decided on a home. Throughout the closing process, Lucia kept me updated and kept in contact with all loan and closing officers. At times it was hard to get a hold of certain personnel and Lucia made it her duty to get me in contact with whomever when needed. As we approached closing day, Lucia ensured that everything was in place so that we would walk out of closing as homeowners. Post closing, I felt an immense sense of satisfaction knowing that all her hard work and efforts paid off. Though her work was done, she still assisted us with getting settled in. A week after closing , I was even able to reach out for some assistance with setting up my utilities. Having Lucia as a realtor was nothing short of a blessing. ANYTIME there was a house we wanted to see Lucia moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams, working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. What can I say. The most professional human I have dealt with in a long time. Extremely transparent and informative. A breath of fresh air. Lucia, pulled me off the edge a couple of times when I wanted to give up on the home buying process. She held my hand and encouraged me after I gave her a HEADACHE. Aside from knowing Lucia personally, I must say that she was VERY professional from the start of this entire process to the end...from text/calls/ emails...everything. After my initial consultation, I was not sure if I would be able to find a home while working out of state. However, she reassured me that it would be possible and I am glad I listened to her advice. This could have been an overwhelming experience, but with her expertise, knowledge and great listening and communication skills the process went very smoothly. I heard horror stories on buying a home, but I am beyond grateful that this was not my experience because Lucia is a beast at what she does. I appreciate the countless calls and texts to make sure that I was finding the perfect home for me and my family. I had a time frame and a vision, and she was able to accommodate that. I was able to close on my first home right before the New Year and just in time for my birthday! And might I add that I closed in 30 days in the middle of a pandemic while saving lives?! I cannot imagine another realtor who is this genuine about her clients and the work that she does. Working with Lucia was a pleasure and I definitely recommend booking her for your future home.
We did not expect to find a home so quickly let alone close on our 1st home. We literally hit the ground running after our consultation with Lucia. She made herself available through email, text, and calls. Lucia provided guidance through the entire process: from showings to an over extended closing. She made sure we got to the closing table.
