Lucas made selling our home while living in another state smooth, easy, and profitable. We'd been advised by an agent who was an "expert" in out gated golf community that we needed to spend about $10K on fixes and upgrades, and estimated a selling price 18K below what Lucas sold it for in three days (without the $10K in upgrades and fixes). If we had it to do over again, we would have gone with Lucas' "more creative" selling strategy. It was quick and we got more than expected. I don't know what else to use to evaluate an agent's performance. He nailed it.
