Lucas was always so helpful and kind. We felt that we were his priority, so no matter what was going on Lucas was always quick to address our problems. I appreciate that when we check out houses he would care about it as if he would be buying it for himself, and yet he always had our concerns in mind.

Overall very good experience. This was my first home to buy, he did an excellent job explaining things to me and taking time to communicate in a timely manner. Very open to my random schedule and setting up appointments, and and being flexible. Very friendly and personable, not over the edge but just enough to make you feel comfortable working with him. Overall, would recommend using him again in the future if I plan to sell and buy a new home. Overall no concerns.

After finding a house that I loved, there was a Best and Final offer on the house which I didn’t know much about because it was my first time buying. Lucas was very friendly and knowledgeable during the entire process of selling our home. I had never sold a home before and there were a lot of things I didn't understand. Instead of brushing it aside, he did a very fine job of explaining what everything meant and making sure I understood before signing anything. We had a few hiccups with the closing day that were completely out of Lucas' control, but he still made sure to keep us up to date on everything that was happening. As the actual closing date drew near, I had a case of anxiety about pricing and payments and being able to afford our new home. Lucas kept very calm about everything and was able to break everything down for me so I could see a clearer picture of what was happening, and managed to calm me down.
