Lucas helped me sell my home. It was a a battle and took him some real negotiating to get me where I wanted to be. My home appraised for a lot less then I had it sold for and unfortunately there loan would not allow me to sell much higher then the appraisal. Well with all that in mind Lucas was able to get buyers to pay there closing costs in full and net me an extra 2k on top of the sale price.
