I am a first time buyer and I couldn't recommend Luca enough. He was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process — from showings to closing and everything in between. Never did I feel like he wasn't looking out for my best interest. He knew well what to look for during showings and giving me all the information I needed to make the right decisions without ever making it feel like he was pushing me into, or out of something, that I wasn't comfortable with. He was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure everything went smooth and painless with the minimal effort on my behalf, which — for a first time buyer — seemed overwhelming at first.

Luca was fantastic to work with. He was polite and approachable, professional and knowledgable. He started sending us listings immediately and made himself available for showings based on our hectic schedule. He remained upbeat and positive through many, many showings (even in heavy snow). Once we found a home we liked, he provided us with a comparative market analysis, helped us find a knowledgeable and trustworthy inspector, and guided us through the negotiation process. As we were first-time home buyers, we had lots of questions, and Luca made himself readily available via phone, text, and e-mail. We cannot recommend him highly enough!
