Luanna J. Albrecht

We selected Luanna Albrecht from the three realtors we interviewed. She came prepared to help us sell our home, had comps and discussed pricing with us right away. She knows the local market and provided details of recent transactions (this was in mid-March, so we were very worried about covid-19 and real estate). She connected us with contractors to get needed work done. All abided by distancing and mask requests, too, which was a relief for us as we are in our 60s. She communicated clearly and with the right frequency, using methods I prefer. She offered advice about prepping, staging, and "grooming" the house to make it shine in photos and even in the drone footage of the lot. Luanna kept us on time in part by nudging the buyer's agent about issues there that seemed to create a delay in closing. We are so grateful to her and her team of "movers and shakers." We worked with Luanna back in 2012 to buy our first home. She guided us through the process smoothly and we were all set. So, when we decided to sell our home in 2017, we contacted her again for her help and expertise. Again, smooth sailing. It was good experience, found our first home within a month of looking. Got all the information that we asked, quick to get documents done, signed, and also reviewed with us the contracts that needed to go over. Overall the experience was great! We felt comfortable with her at every visit looking at homes, as if she was family. She was well organized and professional as well, gave us a packet of information we could use to help with the home buying process. Glad we had the opportunity to work with her!
